Christmas @ Novotel... 2007

my xmas at work was awsome... my second year working on chistmas day. i had an early shift yesterday start from 10 am - 6 in the arvo. everyone was at work which was good in away cos we are all ONE BIG novotel family. we all have presents and champange for the day before starting the busy buffet and set menu. before christmas we had a project, which is to make a castle out of fat... its made out of deep frying fat. i think its about 6 boxes. i didnt end up duin it because i was to busy to even go and carve it. but calvin my sous chef did a very good job wth the castle. im feelin really FAT... too much food and alcho... i just got home and geez my mum just cook up a storm, my family and a few friends are over for xmas dinner. i didnt eat much, just a lil cos i cant resist my mummy cooking ahahahah... this year xmas is awesome and i cant wait for next year!! neways merry christmas everyone dont drink to much and have fun!
