Media launch on monday was so easy going... but we put every detail to all of our dish that day! woke up so early got myself ready.. clean uniforms, iron and a big smile to your face when your expose to the public and VIP's. it was good and i missed tafe just for the media launch, which im not supose to bahahah. This is a picture of my team that we had that day to perform live cooking infront of the VIP's! the one in the middle is my executive chef patrice falantin from frence, his the best frence chef i ever work with... he never swear or put people down! so pretty much i control my swearing at work.. which is good cos i have been wanted to stop swearing alot this days!
